The customer has the right to request a refund if the agreed service cannot be provided by the approved service providers, or in case of a technical error that led to an incorrect deduction.
A refund request can be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment for the service or package, provided that none of the included services have been used.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. The process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuer's policies.
The customer is not entitled to claim a refund after starting to use any service within the package, or if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the control of the app or service provider.
