Beauty Car Card is an app that provides car maintenance services through a network of approved workshops. There is no shipping of physical products; services are delivered (targeted delivery) at approved workshop locations or via mobile services, depending on the purchased package.

2. Consumer Rights

We are committed to protecting consumer rights following the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia. As a consumer, you have the right to receive the service according to the standards and conditions outlined in the package description.

3. Commitment to Time

The service provider (approved workshops) is committed to providing the service on time and at the highest quality standards. If there is a delay or failure to honor the booked time, the customer may file a complaint with customer service, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure their rights.

4. Mobile Services

If the required service involves a maintenance team traveling to the customer's location (e.g., roadside assistance), the estimated time of arrival is determined based on the customer's location and peak hours. We are committed to maintaining continuous communication until the team arrives.
